contacting you. Is this taken into account ?
Yes. Our fees
are based on any estate agent commission
rate
reduction over and
above those that have been
achieved by
our clients. The client
should enter 1.5%
in the ‘commission quoted(%)’
box on the customer
information form.
What are
Dealbeta's fees
and when are they due
for payment?
If
we are
unable to negotiate
a estate agent
fee reduction
of £235 or more - NO CHARGE.
If
we negotiate estate
agent
fee
reductions
of £235 or more are negotiated , an
administration fee
of £35
plus 20% of
the estate agent fee
reduction, over
and above £235 is chargeable, based on the
property
sale value.
Payement
is not due until completion of the house sale.
Customer
are trusted to send a
cheque when the house is sold.

An invoice
will be sent via email, or in paper format to your new
home
address (if requested), on receipt of the contractual amount being
received by cheque.
